Cooking Directions: |

Put brazil nuts, dates, and cherries into a large bowl. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt over nut meats and fruit. Mix with hands until nut meats and fruit are well coated.

In separate bowl beat eggs until foamy and add vanilla. Stir into nut-fruit mixture until well mixed.

Turn into a greased and waxed-paper-lined pan (9.5"x5.5"x2.5") and spread evenly in pan.

Bake 300 F for 1 hour and 45 minutes

Cool completely before cutting.
