Whole Wheat Flour |
| 1 1/4 cups |

Cooking Directions:

Soak together the wheat berries and the 1/2 cup water for 12 hours or longer.

When ready to use, drain and rinse soaked wheat berries. In the blender combine the soaked wheat berries with the milk and blend for 5 minutes.

Add egg yolks, honey, melted butter, salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour to the wheat berry/milk mixture. Blend for 1 minute. In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Transfer batter mixture from blender to a large mixing bowl and gently fold in the egg whites.

Fry on medium hot griddle until bubbles are well-formed around edges of pancakes; turn and cook other side. Makes 6 pancakes.
