Chakri are golden brown, crunchy spirals made from gram flour, wheat flour, sesame seeds and spices. They are hard to resist when dunked in hot chai or as a snack with cold drinks. This savory, fiber-rich snack is a great cookie or cracker alternative.

This is not an Indian inspired dish It is nothing like the real thing You should be a lot more spicy It is very artificial with the extra crunchiness possibly from chemicals

Use as croutons for salads (along with salad boost), in soups, chili, or just snacking. Was thinking about pulveriz8ng some to add to panko coating for air fried chicken. Very spicy and crunchy. I actually prefer them when they arrive somewhat crushed (they don’t crush into powder so much as mini Cheeto sized bites)
