Sing Bhujia (Masala Peanuts)
Sing bhujia, also known as masala peanuts, are a medium spicy snack originating in Indian cuisine. This bold, savory snack is most commonly enjoyed in the afternoon with a cup of tea, but is great in a snack mix or any time. Gram flour gives sing bhuija its texture and mango powder and turmeric add a singular, spicy taste.
Wow, hot! Great addition (in small portions) to salads and as a side garnish to pasta dishes and other bland foods.Cindy, Thornton, CO
Too much masala. Quarter of the pack is masala and that it all coming off the peanuts.Nirmal, BEAR, DE
Take a freshly roasted peanut, coat it lightly with an Indian masala spice that's lightly salty, not very sweet, and perfectly spicy, and you have these Sing Bhujia peanuts. Delicious! I put them out as a snack with some chilled Pinot Grigio wine for friends and I have to refill the bowl...often! If you like Indian food...you'll love these.Avon, St Petersburg, FL
