Made with whole fish strips, brined, smoked and preserved for premium taste and freshness. We love addicting teriyaki flavor that puts hibachi-style salmon flavor at your snack-hungry fingertips. After overnight brining, our salmon jerky undergoes a cold smoke (below 100°) to lock in flavor and moisture. It’s completed with a hot smoke process (165°) so that the fish is fully cooked and the smoky flavor is infused.

I enjoyed the Salmon jerky but it might not be for everyone. It has a good Teriyaki flavor and yes it does have salmon undertones. It maybe too much for some. Also this is more of a dried jerky so it has a bit of a chew.Daryl, King George, VA
