Wow - they were on my doorstep yesterday when I came home! I was so excited - as we cannot buy cranberry beans anymore - anywhere! So, I immediately soaked them overnight - and today, we are having them for lunch. This is a Dutch recipe. Called Brown Beans. Would you like to have it? If so, I will send it on.
