All good stuff. I broke off a piece of cinnamon stick to test it and it had a nice burn to it. The turmeric has a very good color to it and a appropriate flavor. The cream of tartar hasn't been tested yet but tastes correct, sour and clean. I am happy and will be ordering from you again.

This was pretty crazy. I only stumbled on this site by luck, trying to find Alum. I figured it'd be easy since it used to be in all the cupboards from Tom & Jerry cartoons, but no one has ever heard of it. That aside, I'm impressed by the product line. I got my order in ONE DAY and I love the little cartoon nuts on the box arguing over which side to open first. This is a really great operation.

Just got my order! I was so excited for the cocoa nibs! I am already thinking of great recipes to use them in! The roasted and salted fava beans are yummy! Yes the package did arrive. Now I need to scrape the hide(fleshing out) and get the solution of salt water and alum to soak the hide(a tanning process). The alum helps the hair stay on the hide- which is technically called a pelt. Your company was the first one I found that I could purchase the quantity I needed. Thanks.

We are SO thankful that you had the Powered Alum in bulk! We have a different use for it than you probably imagine...We have a older horse that has founder, we were told if we give him 3 tablespoons of it a day his sore feet will get better. We were getting the 2 oz. jars at the store and saw improvement but was SO expensive to buy it that way. That's when we found you online. the paramount crystals arrived about two hours ago...just in time for me to dip my Magic Mocha truffles. My truffles have been waiting to be dipped, but I was not going to dip them until I had some paramount crystals beside me in case my dipping chocolate got too thick...and thanks for the little bag of habanero pistachios. I haven't gotten a chance to cook up the rice yet but I am sure it will be a tasty treat as well. the only thing I was a little bummed about was that the rice didn't come with cooking directions. I purchased some Potassium Bicarbonate on 7/8/2010. NUTS ONLINE said that it would be delivered on 7/9/2010. I said oh ya!!! I bet I don't see it until the middle of next week. Well I am now eating my words; the package came in this morning. WOW, it is like they are located right next door, not in another state.
