I use these unsweetened coconut chips in everything. I love a handful in my cold cereal (especially great with Korn Flakes!), I put a sprinkle in my plain oatmeal or plain yogurt I put it in my breadcrumbs when I'm making coconut shrimp or chicken. I put it on ice cream, pudding, pancakes, on top of the icing, and into the cake mix. I mix it into rice, and use it in coconut curry vegetable and fish dishes. I make a foccia with pineapple and coconut. I even garnish pina coladas with a little sprinkle of it on top. This is the best, freshest coconut flake I have ever found. I'm so glad I found Nutsonline!

I've been searching locally for unsweetened coconut chips and finally turned to the internet. Boy, am I glad I found Nuts Online!!! I LOVE the coconut chips, diced coconut, diced fuji apples, and blanched almonds. I have these all divided into snack baggies and they make easy snacks to take along for work, school, or running around. The quick shipping and packaging are great and the customer service is wonderful! There was one product I didn't care for and they let me return it even though it had been opened! In the process of taking care of the return, I discovered the samples and now have 6 samples of different items on their way here. I can't wait to try them all out!

When I made my first order I got some toasted coconut thinking I'd make some macaroons. Haha! I also ordered some cacao nibs. Now I may be a strange person but I decided I'd take a pinch of each one and just eat the two together. Oh my gosh! I just about fell off my chair it was so good! Yes, a few flakes and a few nibs fell in my lap during my experiment, but what the heck? There's always a vacuum cleaner or a dog around here. Just received my order of organic shredded coconut and organic coconut chips. Wow! I was apprehensive to order such a product online, sight-unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the coconut to be so fresh and so white! I've been purchasing organic coconut chips from a local health food store for the past 3 months until they ran out and weren't sure when another order would be in. Fantastic product! I received my 5 lb. bag of unsweetened coconut chips today and I am amazed at the freshness. I expected the coconut to be dry, but the chips are surprisingly moist, chewy and naturally sweet. Better than anything I can find in my area. Thank you!
