Organic Purple Corn Kernels

Organic Purple Corn Kernels are rich in phenolics and anthocyanins, and has just about the highest antioxidant content of any food - even more than blueberries! Our Organic Purple Corn is an ancient variety grown in a pristine Peruvian valley.
Unfortunately, these are not suitable for sprouting, popping, or growing.
To use:Organic purple corn kernels can be used to make flour for purple tortillas or purple corn bread. Simply grind the kernels in a blender or coffee grinder until it creates a fine floury consistency. Add the flour to your baking recipe. They can also be soaked to make a high-anti-oxidant drink called chicha.
