I find the grittiness of this product to be really unpleasant. It seems that even if I add just a small amount to a smoothie, it makes the last few sips quite unpleasant. Now experimenting with other sorts of recipes to see if the texture issue becomes less problematic there.

This protein powder is great for baking and cooking. It has almost no taste. I will add some thickness or density. I also use it in my morning cereal, hot or cold.
