Large grain pretzel salt is perfect for coating soft baked pretzels or other baked goods. There’s nothing like homemade pretzels, accompanied by mustard and the perfect touch of salt crystals. Table salt just doesn’t cut it when it comes to decorating your fresh baked creations. Our pretzel salt maintains its crunch and texture after baking; it doesn’t melt. Go for the pretzel salt!
How to Use Pretzel Salt
Pretzel salt should be added prior to baking soft pretzels. Brush the formed pretzel dough with an egg and water mixture, and then generously sprinkle them with the pretzel salt. Transfer your soft pretzels to the oven for baking.

Perfect!!! Just right on the pretzels!!Chris, Alma, WI
As been a native of Bavaria, the birthplace of Pretzels (called Brezen in Bavarian dialect) I bake my own here in Florida. And with real Pretzel salt (do not use kosher or regular course salt) they finish perfectly. Highly recommended. Real Pretzel salt does not melt in 450 F oven temperature. And of course I use the proper lye (4 % sodium hydroxide solution).Manfred, Sun City Center, FL
