No, you cannot choose the delivery dates. Each gift shipment is automatically scheduled based on the time of purchase.
Can I customize the box contents?
We do not offer customization options at this time. This series includes three gifts already available in our gifting catalog; they are pre-assembled and cannot be modified. You can purchase any additional items separately.
Are there any allergen considerations for your products?
We package our products in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products. Though our facility is not a certified allergen-free facility, we try our best to prevent cross-contamination through specific processes like sanitizing each station before packing a new item there and separating lanes and equipment for peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten-free items. Products that are packaged in our Gluten-Free Lane are handled in this particular area ONLY. They are opened, packaged, and closed here. Other products that are Gluten are packaged in a separate lane of our facility.
Can I cancel the second or third shipment after I purchase the series?
No. If your first order has already been shipped or delivered, we cannot process any cancellation or modification requests for the second and/or third shipments.
Will I be notified when each gift has been shipped?
Yes. Once your gift has been shipped, we'll email you the tracking information.
Will I be notified when my recipient receives each gift?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is delivered, confirming its arrival.
How do I report an issue with my order?
To report a problem, contact our customer service team at care@nuts.com or live chat within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. At this time, gift recipients are not eligible for refunds since we only apply them to the original method of payment.
