After selection, beans are roasted, ground and dehusked, then ground and pulverized. The cacao is then pressed, molded and allowed to cool before packing.

Never tried this before but it's become a daily addition to my morning coffee. Great source of anti-oxidants. Adds no sweetness. I will be trying it in a non-dairy hot cocoa. I should say I am not a chocoholic...not a big chocolate fan. If you are, this may not be for you. For me: I love it.
