I make about 50# of peanuts worth of peanut brittle every holiday season, sometimes more I am sort of famous for it. And these are my peanuts. They are fresh, flavorful, beautiful. The size is always consistant, very few skins, a beautiful pale blanch, just perfect for brittle. I also love this company. I have been ordering for many years now. The site is easy to manage.
