I make about 50# of peanuts worth of peanut brittle every holiday season, sometimes more I am sort of famous for it. And these are my peanuts. They are fresh, flavorful, beautiful. The size is always consistant, very few skins, a beautiful pale blanch, just perfect for brittle. I also love this company. I have been ordering for many years now. The site is easy to manage. Used to eat peanut butter for love of aroma!! Didn't know it was on food allergen lists? Grew up in Taiwan, we had this drink powder made with peanuts, was creamy sweet delish drank it warm hot, even peanut candies was soft and sweet melted in your mouth yum. Small islands such as Hawaii/ Taiwan are agriculture economy due to warm weathers yr round. Peanut soup with/out sugar is healthy except missing aroma, blanched and roasted DIY peanut butter is still the way to eat it!!!

This was second time purchase, last time was superb quality, exceeding my expectation. I liked these slow cooked with lots of water overnite. Unbelievable tenderized nut butter without any oils. Did i mention slow cooker silicone liner makes a world of difference!! Highly recommend!
