Basic Cooking Instructions for Adzuki Beans

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Adzuki Beans
3 cups Water

Cooking Directions:
1.  Sort and rinse before cooking. Soak beans overnight. Drain and rinse beans. Add 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of Adzuki Beans. Liquid should be 1 - 2 inches above top of beans. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 45 - 60 minutes. OR Pressure Cook 4 - 8 minutes.

2.  Cooked beans can store up to 1 week in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer.
