Cooking Directions: |

In a pot, simmer Chana Dal Beans until tender. Puree 1/3 of beans in blender or food processor and return to pot. In a small pan or skillet, saute onion in olive oil. Add garam marsala and sauteed onions and simmer for five minutes. Serve over a bed of brown or white rice. Top with fat-free sour cream or plain non-fat yogurt.
