Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup <a href="/driedfruit/raisins/dark.html">Dark Raisins</a>
1/2 cup chopped <a href="/nuts/walnuts/natural-no-shell.html">English Walnuts</a>
1/2 cup chopped <a href="/nuts/pecans/natural-out-oftheshell.html">Natural Pecans</a>
2 cups dried oats
2 cups brown sugar tightly packed
1/4 cup warm cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup coconut
2 cups of self rising flour
2 eggs

Cooking Directions:
1.  Thoroughly mix all ingredients but flour. After they are well mixed add flour and mix again.

2.  Drop onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

3.  Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350.
