Recipe Ingredients:

cups cooked <a href="/seedsspices/quinoa.html">Organic Quinoa</a>

pound cooked lean ground meat

cups tomatoes chopped
|

cup onion chopped
|

salt and pepper to taste
|
|
fresh Red Peppers cut in half
|
|
sauce: 2 cups tomato puree, brown sugar, salt, pepper
|
Cooking Directions: |

arrange peppers in a shallow un-greased baking dish.
mix other ingredients together and cover the peppers with mixture.

Mix pureed tomatoes some brown sugar, salt and pepper to tast and spread over mixture.

Bake 11/2 hours or until peppers are to your desired doneness.
