Recipe for Stuffed Red Peppers

Recipe Ingredients:
cups cooked Organic Quinoa
pound cooked lean ground meat
cups tomatoes chopped
1/4  cup onion chopped
  salt and pepper to taste
  fresh Red Peppers cut in half
  sauce: 2 cups tomato puree, brown sugar, salt, pepper

Cooking Directions:
1.  arrange peppers in a shallow un-greased baking dish. mix other ingredients together and cover the peppers with mixture.

2.  Mix pureed tomatoes some brown sugar, salt and pepper to tast and spread over mixture.

3.  Bake 11/2 hours or until peppers are to your desired doneness.
