Double Acting Baking Powder
Double acting baking powder releases carbon dioxide when exposed to moisture and heat, causing doughs and batters to rise. It is all natural and contains no aluminum.
Organic Evaporated Cane Juice
Organic evaporated cane juice is not processed as much as table sugar and retains more of the nutrients from the sugar cane. It can be substituted for all uses of table sugar.
Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal (Gluten-Free)
Golden flaxseed meal is freshly milled to preserve the natural oils and nutrients. Ground flaxseed has a nutty taste and is a noted health-giving digestive aid.
Organic White Flour (Unbleached)
Certified Organic all natural unbleached white flour is milled from a blend of organic hard red spring wheat classes. This silky flour is perfect for baking.
Sea Salt
Fine grain sea salt is obtained by the evaporation of sea water. Known for its great taste and texture, it is the perfect substitute for plain table salt.
Walnut Pieces
Our crunchy and flavorful English walnut pieces are as useful as they are delicious. Sprinkle walnut pieces over healthy salads or a sublime ice cream sundae. Walnuts add protein and omega-3 fatty acids to your diet.
Wheat Bran
Wheat bran is an excellent source of natural food fiber, and provides a healthy full-bodied texture when added to baked goods or sprinkled over soups, cereals or salads.
