I love these. I keep a canister of these on my counter and eat 2-4 every day for brain and other health. Last Mother's Day I bought a canister and filled it with these for my 96 year old mother for the same reason and have refilled it as well as mine. I was delighted when I saw the 50% salt because I was mixing salted and unsalted previously. I could do without the dark skin that peels off and can stick tight in the throat but that just happens with Brazil nuts and most in my canister don't have that issue. Yummy way to help sustain health.

These are the best Brazil nuts ever because they are salted. I actually eat at least 3-4 almost every day. I have not been able to find salted ones anywhere and Brazil nuts are my favorite.
