The Brazil nuts were surprisingly large and were salted just right. I don't like a lot of salt and these were just right! I would purchase them again!

I love Brazil nuts, but there always seems to be a certain % of ones that dont taste so good. Since I have always noticed that about them, whether I am cracking them at home or bought through this site, maybe my expectations ae just unreasonable. The good ones are really good. The ones that are not so good I just dont eat. I do the nibble test first to see what they'll be. Its a small %, but maybe there's no way to quality control this type of nut? Seems so.

Some of the nuts had pink or reddish centers... does that mean they are spoiled?

I would like to return the roasted unsalted Brazil nuts I received this time. It tastes like old oil and not crunchy. When I ordered the same nuts last time, I got very fresh crunchy delicious Brazil nuts. Very disappointed this time.
