One a day for nutrients. And tasty too.

These were recommended by my husbands acupuncturist. He’s getting used to it but I eat em too, just 2-3 each day! Yum!

The dark chocolate makes the healthy Brazil nuts taste great.

Another change? In the past, these Brazil nuts were large. What a difference now! They're so small! Still delicious but was hoping for what I have gotten in the past.

Very disappointed. I thought by buying the ones in the shell that they would be fresher, the first one was, the next one was soft and I got into it I got a moldy taste. I’m assuming it must been a small crack in it & moisture got into it so I checked all the nuts and the majority of them had cracks in them or a small hole in them,maybe about 10out of the bag didn’t have a crack or hole. I don’t want to take the chance of biting into another moldy one
