Three of these is all you need for daily selenium, but .... I really have to control myself to make them last. Eat them with the dried pineapple or candied ginger. OMG

I am not a fan of the taste of Brazil nuts. However, Brazil nuts have so many minerals (selenium in particular) that I eat one a day. These Brazil nuts from Nuts.com are quite doable. Generally, it is best to eat organic nuts because of the fat content. It is not the way nuts are grown but how they are treated with chemicals afterwards to prevent mold.

Only tasted a few so far. So far so good.
