I am not a fan of the taste of Brazil nuts. However, Brazil nuts have so many minerals (selenium in particular) that I eat one a day. These Brazil nuts from Nuts.com are quite doable. Generally, it is best to eat organic nuts because of the fat content. It is not the way nuts are grown but how they are treated with chemicals afterwards to prevent mold.Kathleen, Wooster, OH
