Brazil nuts are my second favorite nuts (next to peanuts), and I've always been ordering Brazil nuts from Nuts.com. Sometimes it's great (i.e., every nut in the bag is crunchy); sometimes it's not so great (in the most recent order, about half of the Brazil nuts were not crunchy). I'm not sure what caused this -- maybe some nuts were not roasted long enough; maybe a storage issue let the moisture in. I'd appreciate it if quality control could be improved.Liang, Flushing, NY
