Tender with a good flavor base for the base jerkey of the group.

It has the right amount of kick without being too dried out as sometimes happens with the spiced up jerky's.

I like it, but not sure why I got it. It was in my cart when I went to check-out, with no apparent way to delete it.

Easier to chew than many brands and the flavor is fantastic. The spice heats it up very well. I like hot and this is maybe a little beyond a real beginner level heat, but it suits me fine. Multi-repeat buying planned.
