Fresh, good fudge consistency, excellent flavor. The problem is it tastes so good I'm tempted to eat more than just one small piece and the artificial sweetener has a laxative effect if one over indulges.

I think this fudge is quite good for being sugar free. I personally would like walnuts in it, but I eat a walnut half with it, so no problem.
