Malted milk powder brings back those old time soda shop feelings. Mix into milk shakes for a wonderful malted taste.
Malted milk powder has a naturally sweet and toasty flavor. It is made from an evaporated mixture of wheat flour, malted barley, and whole milk. Malted milk powder is most commonly used to make ice cream malts and the sweet centers of malted milk balls. It can also be mixed into the batters of cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and frosting for a signature malted flavor.
For a 14 ounce shake, use 1 teaspoon of malted milk powder.
Ingredients:
Extract of Malted Barley and Wheat, Sugar (Sucrose), Milk, Salt, Baking Soda. Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

Made homemade Ovaltine-like mix for warm or cold milk. Some cocoa powder and sugar to taste (unlike the commercial product which is loaded with an unnecessary amount of ingredients). Saved money too. Will be trying it out in a homemade bread recipe.
