These dark chocolate wafers are perfect for baking . These are about the size of a nickel and soften at a higher temperature than normal chocolate making them ideal for cooking. They taste really great to munch on too!
Since these are designed for cooking and baking, they do not have an exact melting temperature. Because of the different fats in the chocolate these will slowly begin to soften and melt at 95 degrees F.
Due to the high softening temperature, this product is not designed for chocolate molds.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Full Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm), Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder, Sunflower Lecithin, Flavouring (Vanilla). Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and milk products.

I love these wafers! It is the best chocolate for making candy. It melts easily and is just the right consistency for dipping candy. Taste so much better than the candy wafers purchased in a grocery store or a hobby shop.
