These dark chocolate wafers are perfect for baking . These are about the size of a nickel and soften at a higher temperature than normal chocolate making them ideal for cooking. They taste really great to munch on too!
Since these are designed for cooking and baking, they do not have an exact melting temperature. Because of the different fats in the chocolate these will slowly begin to soften and melt at 95 degrees F.
Due to the high softening temperature, this product is not designed for chocolate molds.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Full Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm), Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder, Sunflower Lecithin, Flavouring (Vanilla). Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

Not overly sweet. Good for making candy and baked goods or just for snacking. Usually used along with baking chips. Dark chocolate wafers are not easily found at local grocery stores.
