When I opened to prepare these were in pieces about 2-3 inches long. They worked in the dish I prepared, just weren't the usual length for rice noodles.Edie, Lincolnshire, IL
I learned my lesson with the medium noodles and only made a half package! They cooked up quickly and kept their shape well. I had diced cucumber, jicama, celery and apple with white balsamic vinegar, a touch of sunflower oil, with some dried carrot leaf powder and lemon pepper seasoning.The hot drained noodles were added on top and all tossed together for a warm salad. It actually turned out quite well and I intend to make it again.Ann, Sterling, CT
