Add slow-cured, spicy calabrese salami to your next charcuterie plate. This artisanal salami is made from only the best pork raised on a vegetarian diet with no antibiotics. All-natural, gluten-free, made by an American-based salumeria.

Traditional salamis are wrapped in a white, powdery edible-mold casing similar to what you would find on fine cheeses. This type of mold helps cure the salami and protect it against spoilage. We do recommend removing the casing before consuming, however, it is completely safe to eat.

NOTE: You can tell if salami is spoiled by its smell and appearance. Particularly a slimy surface or pungent odor are common signs that the product should be discarded.
