To use in traditional recipes, simply replace the all purpose flour or wheat flour with the same amount of gluten-free 1-to-1 baking flour (one to one baking flour).
Our gluten-free 1-to-1 baking flour contains no bean flour. The ingredients in this mix are sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour and xanthan gum.
