I an gluten intolerant and bake my own bread. I have a buckwheat bread recipe that I love. It uses buckwheat flour, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds. I find the best tasting products at nuts.com. I also love the easy to open and reseal packaging.
