Whole grain, Gluten-Free Oat Flour is freshly milled from whole grain oat groats, and includes all the nutritious germ, bran and endosperm; nothing added, nothing extracted. Oat flour has a subtle, sweet whole grain flavor. You can also use oat flour as a thickener or for breading. Use it to replace up to 20% of the wheat flour called for in a conventional recipe. Use Gluten-Free Oat Flour to make pancake mix (our favorite!), moist oatmeal cookies, hearty biscuits or wholesome bread.

Haven't used this yet but am eagerly planning to tweak my brownie recipe with it. The fragrance is wonderfully fresh and inviting. Will be using Monk fruit powder as the sweetener. A good time will be had in the kitchen this weekend.
