The Golden flax seed has a nutty flavor and goes great with cinnamon in my oatmeal. The flavor and the health benefits from 2 tablespoons a day along with walnuts gives me better anti inflammatory results than can get more safely than from prescription medication. Nuts.com always delivers a very fresh ground package.
