I love having these on hand when I am making hummus and the recipe calls for tahini I just use the sesame seeds and put them in my food processor along with the chickpeas. I also make my own peanut butter balls. I include sesame seeds along with oats, honey, sunflower seeds, raisins, wheat germ, coconut, and flax. I roll them in crushed walnut and wheat germ.
