I used this type of coconut to make coconut flour. It turns out perfect for making flour- of course, you do have to Cuisinart it for a bit. But, it makes a perfect flour to use in any recipe. It also can be ground down to a paste to make candy or help make and decorate a cake. It's versatile and can be eaten just the way it comes out of the bag. These are a great choice for a do-anything ingredient. They are yummy just to nibble on. Can't go wrong with this choice.Linda, Cape Coral, FL
