I had to double check how to prepare this to drink and I still found it incredibly bitter, even after the addition of sugar/monk fruit. I like tart and tangy things but no matter which type of sweetener I used, I couldn't get it to taste like it was something I wasn't being forced to drink. I'm still working on finding the perfect ratio of water, crystals and sweetener and when I find it, I'll consider ordering it again. I'm toying with adding a bit to my homemade lemon meringue pie. The flavour is there, no doubt about that, I just can't find the sweet spot in preparing it. Maybe I should read all the reviews: there might be an answer to my dilemma there. For now I'm saying it's okay.

Pucker up me pretties. Did you say Lemon crystals? I be using these in my lemon crinkle cookies. Also toss some in the powdered sugar I roll the cookie in. I use it in my lemon glaze for my lemon pound cake. Beware me pretties. It packs a powerful punch of lemon.
