Love these! I also put these in a jar to grab as a daily nutrient for selenium and healthy fat. Just a few a day is all that I need. They taste wonderful and appreciate having access to nuts that are not conventionally toxic. I buy these over and over. Price is comparable and sometimes beats the bins in the grocery store.
