Though often outshined by other nut flours, hazelnut flour adds wonderful flavor and hearty nutrition to pastries, cookies, pancakes, “quick bread” and more. Replace up to 30% of the flour in a conventional baking recipe with hazelnut flour to add vitamin E and a helping of protein. Round out your gluten-free kitchen or add some nuance to a traditional recipe with hazelnut flour.

Love this flour. Makes wonderful baked goodsjoan, Grand Haven, MI
I hate to take sides, but this flour is my absolute favorite! (Sorry, other flours.) I first tried it in my chocolate chip cookie recipe. Footnote: I did have to add some regular all-purpose flour to the recipe as well since nut flours have a different consistency. But the end result was great: a cookie that was a bit chewier. So good.Kathryn, Kansas City, MO
Hazelnut is my new number one go to flour. A little pricier than almond but omg so worth it. I love nuts.com!!!Rayleen, Camano Island, WA
