Used in combination with almond flour to make pistachio macaron shells. Good but contained large clumps of damp flour. Compared to almond flour the pistachio flour had much more moisture. The macarons came out delicious, however.

since i no longer can chew nuts the Pistachio flour is a Godsend, now if you can do that with cashews that would be great
