After I finished my first order of 25 lb, I reordered a case. For my first order, I counted 999 walnuts including only 18 bad ones (black or shriveled kernels). I received my second order within two days. This time, the walnuts are bigger and thus I expect to count fewer walnuts in total. The shells have a clean and fresh look. I eat 5 walnuts a day, so far no bad ones. The kernels are naturally crunchy and satisfying. I store the walnuts in my refrigerator and freezer. I will update my review after I finish the whole batch in six months.
