1 cup Jumbo Medjool Dates (about 10–12 large dates, pitted and chopped)
1 cup Rolled Oats
½ cup Organic Almond Butter (Lightly Toasted, Smooth)
⅓ cup Milk chocolate chips

1. Pit and roughly chop the Jumbo Medjool Dates. If they feel dry or firm, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
2. In a food processor, pulse the dates and almond butter until a thick, sticky paste forms. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
3. Add the rolled oats and pulse again until evenly combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
5. Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan (or smaller for thicker squares). Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
6. Once firm, cut into squares. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for longer storage.
