Black Bean, Corn and Quinoa Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup <a href="/cookingbaking/beans/black.html">black beans</a>, cooked
1 cup organic <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/quinoa/white.html">quinoa</a>, cooked
1 cup sweet corn, cooked (fresh, frozen or canned)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp <a href="/cookingbaking/salts/sea.html">sea salt</a>
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp <a href="/cookingbaking/herbsspices/oregano.html">oregano</a>
2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
6 ounce hot & spicy vegetable or tomato juice

Cooking Directions:
1.  In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir. Chill for a half hour and serve. Makes 6 servings
