Recipe for Grain Free Cinnamon Walnut Muffins

Recipe Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups  Almond Flour
1 cup  Chopped Walnuts
1/4 tsp  Salt
1/2 tsp  Baking Soda
1 tsp  Ground Cinnamon
Eggs
1/2 cup  Plain Yogurt (Can use any type of yogurt)
1/2 cup  Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp  Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 cup  powdered sugar
2 tbsp  Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp  Butter
  Chopped Walnuts for the Top

Cooking Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 325. Line a muffin tin with large baking cups.

2.  In mixing bowl, combine almond flour, walnuts, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine eggs, yogurt and 1/2 cup maple syrup. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.

3.  Fill muffin cups with batter.

4.  Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325.

5.  To make glaze mix 1.5 cups of powdered sugar with 2 tbsp of maple syrup. Drizzle glaze over each muffin and sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top (if desired). Enjoy!
