Natural Almond Flour is a low-carb, gluten-free baking alternative to standard wheat flour. Our almond flour (or almond meal) is made of unblanched California almonds that are ground to a very fine consistency. Compared to other flours, almond flour is especially flavorful, with a nutty taste that works with many other foods. This almond flour is unblanched; we also carry blanched almond flour.
