Peanut Butter Cake

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar
18 ounces chunky peanut butter
1 package Butter Cake Mix

Cooking Directions:
1.  To make the icing mix the peanut butter, sugar and boiling water. Blend well and cook on medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture begins to bubble. Cook for 20 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and allow the icing to cool. Stir the mixture a bit while it is cooling.

2.  Bake cake according to instructions. When cake is cool spread the icing over the cake.
