GINGER! It's so hard to find ginger that tastes ginger-y instead of sugar-y. Perfect ratio of spicy ginger to sweet. Also, the walnuts are enormous. They don't skimp on the size the ingredients--even the blackberries are as big as fresh ones. This customized mix was worth the pretty penny I paid for it. I know where I'm coming once I finish this 15-lb batch--right back here.

I had so much fun doing this. I called my mix Opposites Attract and filled it with salty and sweet, chocolate and lots of unsweetened coconut which I love. The only thing I would do different is see if there is a diced candied ginger. The pieces are large and while I like the heat...the big pieces are a bit much. So I will remember that for next time, because there WILL be a next time.

I'll probably try this again. The ingredients are high quality. I should have paid more attention to size. I can barely taste the amazing blueberries, because the are so tiny compared to the other ingredients.

ingredients are really fresh not like other trail mixes. A little expensive but comparable to some other mixes. Quality is worth the price though. We will definately order from you again.

Oh, you Nutty people! Again, you have exceeded my expectations! I made a custom mix: chocolate covered banana chips, white chocolate cherries, dark chocolate raisins, and double cashews......was 5 lbs when it arrive yesterday, probably 2.5 lbs. now. My mistake was to open it at work, and offer a taste! After it made it home, I took a portion and hid it. Hubby took a shine to the cherries, in particular. Awesome! When my friend first told me about nuts.com I was a little skeptical. The site seemed a little nuts haha. But I trust him and the price was right so I decided to go for it. I was blown away when I saw that I could make up my own trail mix so I started work right away to make (what I think would be) the perfect mix. I've never seen faster and better delivery nor have I ever seen any other company email me every step of the way in the delivery process. It was refreshing to say the least. The whole process from first going to the site all the way to opening my bag and eating the great food made me more than happy. I can't wait to make another batch when this one runs out. I'm already taking notes on what to change around in the next custom mix to make it even better.

I am currently obsessed with Nuts.com. I just bought my second 5lb bag of custom trail mix from them and am thrilled with the result. The option to create your own combinations is awesome and I don't know why it took me so long to find it! It allows me to make sure everything has no sugar or sulphur added and create something much healthier (and yummier) than anything I could buy at the supermarket. Both orders were delivered the day after they were shipped, and both contained free samples of items that had quite obviously been picked out based on my order, not just randomly thrown in the box. I plan on making frequent orders from Nuts.com for a very long time to come!

I have been looking for a trail mix or combination that offered the stuff I like with some heat for flavor. I stumbled across nuts.com and decided to give it a try. Absolutely awesome! I could not be happier with the custom mix that I was able to assemble and the cajun spice adds a nice bit of kick that keeps me coming back for more. Living in Seattle there are "custom" trail mixes and combinations at every store, seemingly, but none of them seemed to offer the kind of range and selection I was able to assemble here. The price was very competitive with what I have been paying here. I believe I paid about $47 for a 5# bag of deliciousness. Everything arrived in a heavy duty zip loc style bag, was fresh and exactly as ordered. Definitely recommended and this review will accompany my next order. Keep up the great work! Derek

This was my first order with Nuts.com. First of all they shipped my order the same day I ordered a custom trail mix with 7 different ingredients- how did they do that? I must admit I was worried about the quality of the dry roasted cashews, dry roasted macadamias, and dark chocolate because I've had plenty from other places that were poor quality. The trail mix arrived in two days. It was well packed and very fresh and tasted great. love this product. It is a good value because you can customize it. The nuts arrived on time despite all the winter storms surrounding us! The nuts.com box is much more fun to receive than the usual boring cardboard box. Of course I had to sample all of the nuts right away and they are all fresh and tasty! I love my custom mix, it's perfect. I am so excited to use the nut flours as we live in the mountains and do not have access to quality nuts or nut flours. The resealable packaging is great and I love the bright colors! I couldn't wait to get out of class and get my shipment from nuts! I got a huge 5lb bag of custom mix to help me overcome candy cravings. It's so yummy, I don't think i'll have problems with candy anymore! The coconut tastes soo fresh and the pineapples aren't overly sweet, just perfect. I have been ordering from y'alls since 2009 or so and no matter what I pick in my custom snack mix, it's always AMAZING!!! And even when Ive had product shipped to Alaska or Arizona, its always fresh. I'm surprised at how my tastes have changed though from gummy cola bottles to more dried fruit. Nuts.com has been a life saver for the U.S. Troops here in Afghanistan. The food choices the military offers deployed soldiers is hard to eat 3 meals a day. It is filled with grease, MSGs and who knows what else. Your stomach will definitely not agree with you if you eat all 3. So we have resorted to snacking for 2 of the meals. After we discovered Nuts.com, we have been placing orders about once a week. Nuts.com is GREAT! I ordered about $100 worth of nuts on my first order because these prices are cheaper than anything you see in stores, the quality is the same or better, and my favorite feature (as a city dweller without a car) they get delivered right to my door! The custom trailmix is a fantastic idea for someone like me who hates raisins (which are usually a trailmix staple). I also appreciate the variety--sweetened, unsweetened, roasted, raw, organic... I will be a regular customer...just as soon as I eat my way through the first 10 lbs of nuts. =)

I just received my first order from your company, and I join the chorus of people singing your praises. Your products are by far the best I've ever had. As a "tree-hugger" spoiled for choice where I grew up, with access to all sorts of fresh nuts off the trees, as well as in the markets, I've had a lot of nuts! Your pistachios are very fresh, plump, richly flavored without hints of bitterness, properly roasted, and the shells are easily removed. I also tried your "custom trail mix" option, having two different blends made. Both are unbelievably delicious. The custom trail/snack mix concept is brilliant, especially considering that you have so many possible ingredients one can include. I will be using this feature in future orders a lot, as well as telling everyone I know about it. It's such a great idea for personal snacking, customizing for a group, party or event, and even for gifts. It also seems like a great way to encourage fussy eaters to consume more healthy fruits and nuts, since you can customize the mix specifically to an individual's personal tastes.

Got my order of custom mix a few days ago and WOW!! I ordered it for a friend, named it after her and, as usual, it arrived in a VERY short time after ordering. I've been making my own nut mixes for several years now; spending the money to buy all the ingredients. However, when the prices got too high, I had to stop eating nuts and dried fruits.
