Some of the Brazil nuts are moldy

Fruit is too big, particularly the apricots. Didn’t seem to be mixed up well, all fruit on top of the bag but that’s not a big deal.

I have been surching for a very long time for this mix. I have 3 spoiled parrots, there appetite has gotten much better since i'm using this mix & a lot less wast if any Thank You From Frankie Bird, Sammy & Lady Blue.

I had to pace myself.

The mini pretzels and the sesame sticks taste stale and soggy. Disappointing for the crunch in my custom made trail mix.

Great mix, but this time the mix was different then what I ordered. There were honeyed cashews instead of honeyed peanuts and regular cashews.

Needs some tweaking but the contents are delicious and flavorful!

Excellent quality ingredients. You got the mix correct. Well packed in a resealable bag. Highly recommended.

I usually love it, but this time almonds are stale and flavorless, and cranberries are crystallized.

Love that this site allows you to customize trail mix. I am not a fan of raisins or dried fruit so hate to spend money on mixes that contain those.

Very fresh specially walnuts , i never had this much fresher walnuts before .

I was very disappointed that the apricots were big hunks of apricots instead of the normal sized pieces that you would normally have in a trail mix, also the large chunks made the sesame sticks soggy. I will never reorder this again especially with not with the apricots

Great idea that I was thrilled to see, but using the site to build your own trail mix wasn't intuitively clear. When I received my product, I was very disappointed to see that it contained much more of the less expensive products (raisins and cranberries) and far fewer of the nuts and seeds than I expected. When I called a customer service rep to talk about it, she mentioned something about being able to select ratios to have more or less of each product. She entered all that manually for me and offered to ship me a new order at no charge, which was super nice. However, I have yet to receive that order, so we'll see how it goes. I would keep encouraging you to expand your offerings of organic products, and to eliminate refined sugar completely from them. Today many people are suffering from inflammatory diseases, and sugar is a big offender in that regard. Thank you for all the organic options you do have.

This is absolutely wonderful. I do wish marcona almonds was on the list of nuts that I could have added. It would also have been nice if the nutrition / calories that I seen online was placed as a sticker on the bag also. Thankfully I was able to print it out from the website. That nutrition breakdown is how I decided what to add to the mix. Needed to keep the carbs at a reasonably low level. Thanks again!!

As always the custom trail mix is great. the balance of sweet to salty might have been off a little - but that just means the next bag I can tweak it a bit. I just wish other sesame sticks were an option (pineapple habanero would a little sweet heat to a mix.

Very good, but for some reason the mango was not cut into small pieces, but left in quite large strips. There weren't very many since they were so large, so not distributed evenly through the trail mix. But still, it was very good.

Nice to be able to choose what goes in it! So many have lots of almonds and peanuts, both of which I enjoy, but only in small quantities.

Periodically I get a taste that is strongly chemical cannot isolate the offending nut.

I ordered dried pineapple chunks but next time I will order the diced pineapple as I found the chunks too large. All the other ingredients fresh and yummy.

Was a big hit on the campout just enough sweet, salt and spice to meet everyones taste.

I love the custom trail mix. I buy about once per month for my work colleagues. We get tired of chips & unhealthy snacks. Being able to customize makes it easy to accommodate everybody's diet needs. It's always fresh and delicious.

Almonds are amazing, cranberries plump and Tasty but the walnuts are all so small...I understand I took pieces and not whole but all the walnuts are smaller than the cranberries. Very disappointed in that. It seems like the leftovers at the bottom of the walnut bag. Won’t order the mix again.

This is the best idea ever, so fun to "create" my own mix. The only thing that was even a bit off were the corn nuts, unfortunately they were a bit stale. Otherwise, and in spite of that, delicious and great gift idea as you can name your mix!

Only wish I could save my mix so I can tweak it sometimes. Of course, I could just reorder the same, but what fun is that! Great concept, delivery and product. Always.

The only thing I’ll change in the future is not so many blueberries. Although I love blueberries they are overwhelming in the mix.
