As Christmas approaches again, I realized I was out of Hazelnuts the main ingredient in my favorite cookies to bake. I placed an order mid-morning on a Monday and the nuts were delivered less than 24 hours later. That left me plenty of time to bake all the cookies I had promised people.

Filberts are nearly impossible to find in stores. I lucked out a year ago and found some. Since then I've been filbertless and dearly missing my favorite nuts. I bought a selection of nuts, walnuts,almonds,Hazelnuts and peanuts in the shell. Parcel arrived well pack and right on time. This is DELICIOUS! I combine 1/2 cup hazelnut flour with a teaspoon of onion powder and a heaping teaspoon of smoked Spanish paprika. Shook it up and rolled 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs in it. Sauteed them in hot oil until crispy on both sides. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Unbelievable. I may never eat chicken any other way and virtually no carbs!!!

I heard all the reviews about the fast delivery, but it just couldn't seem possible. But, low and behold, my package arrived the next day. I was so impressed with the quality of the products and the exceptional packaging, I will not be shopping anywhere else for my nuts, seeds and fruits. My husband and I are new vegans, so that will be quite often. The nut flours are amazing.

I make "Nutty Turkeys" for my friends at Thanksgiving. Now that I'm 83 it takes me a little longer, and I wanted to start early but no one had the hazelnuts in the shell. I was astonished that you not only had them, but delivered them in just one day! Thanks so much!

The only time we can get nuts around here is seasonal (Christmas) and very pricey. I searched the internet and the prices were even higher, plus not many places selling the whole nut still in the shell. I bought a five pound bag of hazelnuts because they weren't available in the supermarket here and I needed them for a birthday cake. Excellent is the only word to describe my order. I ordered dark chocolate covered cashews, raisins and hazelnuts. When I first looked at the chocolate covered raisins, I thought that a mistake was made and I had been sent chocolate covered almonds. I have never seen raisins this large. They, and the other nuts are just superb. Everything was packed very well for the hot temperature and arrived on time. I will definitely be ordering again.

You should issue a warning with your unshelled hazelnuts. I ordered them to feed to the squirrels in the park, after hearing about the bizarre acorn shortage this year. Well, after just two weeks of feeding them your hazelnuts, I looked in the park today, and they all looked more like gophers than squirrels. Nuitricious.....geez, you're not kidding. I'm putting them on a diet for a week or two. By the way, squirreled away a couple of the nuts for myself......they're great! Thanks.

Just received my third LARGE order of hazelnuts which are my favorite nut. These are usually available in markets only around the holidays; it's nice to be able to get them year round (I think) from you guys. They're tasty, nutritious and have lots of fiber.
